Events for social causes are powerful. What I love most about social cause events is that they can be so diverse and yet are still so effective. Planning the perfect event starts with the pre-planning, which is actually my favorite part. One of the hardest aspects of event planning is knowing where to start and how to move forward and I can help you make a detailed plan to get your event moving. Together we’ll create timelines, deadlines, vendor lists, budgets and day-of logistics. You’re going to have so many wonderful spreadsheets! By the time your event arrives, we’ll make sure you have everything you need and instructions for your volunteers to ensure your event is a success!
Invitations. Signage. Name tags. Place cards. Programs. Although this is a digital age, your event will definitely need some printed materials. I’ll work with you to create a list of all the print materials you need, design them to match the theme of your event, and get them printed well in advance so you don’t have to worry about it!
If collecting paper RSVPs sounds stressful (and it is), let’s talk about creating an event registration or RSVP page for your event. You can collect all the information you’ll need from your guests digitally, making your life much easier when it comes time to collect final counts, meal preferences, t-shirt sizes and any other information you’d like to capture!
